Who we are

This website is operated by Repositori. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this notice, we mean Repositori. We operate the rei waitlist at rei.global.

What data we collect

When you join the rei waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — provided by you when you submit the waitlist form
• Submission timestamp — the date and time you joined the waitlist

If you choose to complete the optional follow-up survey, your responses are stored anonymously. We do not collect your name or email address on the survey page and there is no technical means to link survey responses to a specific person or email address.

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address to:

• Add you to the rei early access waitlist
• Send you a confirmation that your submission was received
• Contact you with updates about rei, including when early access becomes available

Survey responses are collected anonymously to understand what features and use cases matter most, so we can build accordingly. Anonymous survey data is not personal data and is not subject to the same retention or deletion obligations.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of consent. By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to us storing your email address and contacting you about rei. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing using the link in any email we send you, or by contacting us at privacy@rei.global.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the European Union. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

We retain your email address and waitlist information for as long as we are operating the rei waitlist, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use the following third-party services to operate the waitlist:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure hosting, email delivery via Amazon SES. AWS processes data in the EU (eu-west-1 region). See AWS GDPR information.
• hCaptcha — CAPTCHA verification to prevent spam submissions. hCaptcha processes your browser data to determine whether your submission is human. See hCaptcha's Privacy Policy.

If you complete the optional follow-up survey, your responses are stored on AWS infrastructure operated by us. No third-party survey platform is used.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Objection — object to our processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics or tracking purposes. hCaptcha may use limited browser storage as part of its bot-detection process. No cookie consent banner is required for functional-only cookies used solely for security purposes.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as rei develops. When we do, we will update the date at the top. If we make material changes that affect how we handle your data, we will notify you by email if we hold your address.
